Returns Policy for products


It you receive a damaged product in the post, please contact our office using this contact form or phone 08 9271 9271 to arrange a replacement.

Workshop Cancellation policy: Our standard policy is:-

In fairness to all and to allow us to meet our commitments for the workshops our standard policy for refunds is: For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to workshop: Full refund less $95 Administration fee. For cancellations made from 29 days to 14 days prior to workshop commencement: 50% refund of fees. No refunds after this time; however your place may be transferred to another person (subject to prior notification and confirmation with the organisers).
